Description

Koshihikari is one of the high quality short grain rice crafted in Japan. IRIS white rice is carefully harvested and directly imported from the fertile ground of Niigata, Japan. Each package contains five individually airtight sealed bags of pre-measured 2 cups of rice and each bag of rice delivers the best flavor, taste and texture. This rice is great for sushi, fried rice, paella, bibimbap rice bowl or any other variety of rice dishes. Koshihikari is polished and only a light wash with cold water is required.
